Why Do I Coach?

I coach to teach and hopefully spread the love of volleyball.

Coaching Philosophy:

I believe in teaching both physical skills, as well as the theory and philosophy of volleyball. I believe that knowing why something is done is just as important as how and allows players to make better decisions.
