About Coach: Coach Glenn has been the Boys Varsity Coach at Menchville High School since 2017 as well as the Boys Coach at Gildersleeve Middle School since 2023.

Why Do I Coach? I stepped into the role of a Coach to make sure the athletes had the opportunity to compete. Whether it be JV Girls, Varity Girls or Varsity boys at Menchville, I wanted to make sure the athletes had a chance to compete. Since then, my passion expanded to Virginia Wave. Having the opportunity to teach kids the sport I love is nothing short of a true privilege.
