About Coach: Coach Megan started playing volleyball career in 2006 and playing on an elite national club team with Piedmont Volleyball Club in high school. She went on to  played Division 2 volleyball at Mars Hill University. In 2016, she started her coaching career at lake Norman High School as the assistant coach and began coaching at Precision Athletics Volleyball Club where she went through training to become a coach from some great volleyball minds. Upon moving to Virginia in 2017, Coach Megan became the head varsity coach at Orange County High School and coached 15s and 16s at Charlottesville Area Volleyball Club. Currently, she is the Head Varsity and JV Coach at Hampton High School and has been coaching for VA Wave since 2022.

Why Do I Coach? "Volleyball has always been and continues to be one of the greatest joys in my life and passing that knowledge on to younger generations while watching them grow and learn has been the most amazing experience. It is a privilege and a pleasure to coach these young women and men and it is always my goal every season to improve their skills as volleyball players and help them learn and grow into great men and women."
