About Coach Lo: Coach Lo is an alumni of Woodside High, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Old Dominion University. I am currently a special education teacher at Menchville High where I also coach volleyball and soccer. My coaching career at CVC in 2018-2019 where coach Greg gave me the opportunity to learn how to become a coach. Years later that opportunity Coach Greg gave me led me to becoming the Menchville JV/Varsity Girls Head Coach in 2022 - Present. In 2022, the Menchville Girls were the Region 5B runner up but in 2023 we became the Region 5B Champions.

Why Do I Coach? Coaching for me gives me the ability to share my knowledge and passion for the sport with the upcoming generations. I coach to positively impact every athletes life and equip them with skills that will make them successful on the court and in real life.
