About Coach Clarence: Coach Clarence has 30 years of international volleyball experience (19 years coaching). He’s played in USAV and FIVB competitions on 4 continents and multiple USAV regions at the A/AA and Open level. Coach Clarence spent 8 years playing for Missile, a Tokyo, Japan based team coached by Japanese National Team alumni. He was also a member of the All Air Force Volleyball Team 2007-2009 and All Armed Forces Team 2009 representing the United States in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for the Ceseli International du Sport Militaire (CISM) 2009. Coach Clarence is a retired Chief Master Sergeant from the Air Force  and currently coaches Club Volleyball and is the Head Volleyball Coach for Tabb High School, Virginia.

Why Do I Coach? "Coaching is a huge privilege, we have a long-term impact and it is such a rewarding feeling to know that I’m part of something that makes a difference in our athlete’s lives. There’s nothing more inspiring when an athlete has that “Aha!” moment and seeing their confidence soar."
